The design scheme for Victoria KEP attempts to address two key issues: the relationship of citizens and public services and the relationship of public servants with their working environment. These two parameters define an equation, the solution of which was given by placing user in the center. The user, citizen and public servant, is the center of design.
The configuration of the space was based on the creation of functional and pleasant working spaces in the right proportions, in an environment with distinct functions. Of particular importance was the area of the secretarial support that is pivotal in assisting citizens, for a quicker and better service. At the same time the secretarial support is the “face” of public authorities to the citizens.
