Almost a century after it firstly opened, Ariana shop, a specialized olive shop located at Theatrou square, renovated the old shop preserving the main identity of the firm which is based on the olive.

The aim of the new design was to highlight the architectural lines of the Athenian architecture additionally to the colors of the main product using a grey and green color palette. Terrazzo tiles were used as a reference to the classic Athenian floors and poplar was selected for the display structures. Poplar aims to outline the image of the traditional ‘’hagiati’’ into a new, minimal form.

Overall the new shop’s design is a thoughtful combination of the history of the shop along with a new minimal approach of traditionality.
